COMPACTFLAT SN

The flat roof rail system

  •  years product warranty
  •  Wind tunnel tested

AERODYNAMIC. FLEXIBLE. TESTED.

The COMPACTFLAT SN is a flexible, rail-based modular system that can be used in a variety of flat roof applications and allows for short-side and long-side clamping.

The same components are used for the south-facing COMPACTFLAT SN10 system as for the east ⁄ west COMPACTFLAT SN10PLUS system.

  • Suitable for high wind and snow loads
  • Approved for all PV modules
  • Low point loads
  • Short and long side clamping possible
  • Clamping height infinitely variable from 30 - 46 mm
  • Four system variants

On load-bearing roof coverings at locations with low to moderate snow loads, the framed modules can be clamped on the short side in a cost-effective and material-saving manner. The installation can be realized with longitudinal screw channels, standard screws and low ballast. For less load-bearing roof coverings, high wind and snow loads and large modules, long side clamping is the best solution.

CLE10/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

SN Front bracket

The front bracket has an integrated stop for quick and easy positioning of the PV modules.

SN rails

With the continuous M8 screw channel, mounting components and accessories is fast and simple.

SN protection pads

The integrated protection pads minimize point loads, compensate for horizontal movements (caterpillar effects) and ensure that water can drain away easily.

SN Ballast angle profiles

The ballast angle profiles allow ballasts to be positioned safely and easily.

SN Premium Pads

The optional "Premium Pads" offer additional protection for sensitive and soft insulation surfaces. Bonding can be dispensed with because they can be attached to the mounting system with clips.

SN Roof anchor

The optional roof anchor fastening impresses with its simple installation and its flexibility. It allows a variety of anchor positions and speeds up installation. Due to the direct screw connection to the rails, high loads are no problem.

Ballast clamp

The system offers several ballasting options. The ballast clamp allows a quick and direct fixation to the rail.

With the ballast angle profiles the ballasts can be positioned safely and easily.

The optional anchor fastening impresses with its ease of installation and flexibility. It allows a large number of anchor positions and speeds up installation. Due to the direct screw connection to the rails, high loads are no problem.
