  1. THE BASE PLATE
    The newly developed, patent pending base plate deliveres in easy to transport nested stacks that are light and strong to hold ample ballast or support anchored connection points.
     

  2. THE BRACKET
    Click it in place with S_BASE. The 100% aluminum brackets boast superior corrosion resistance, durability and thermal expansion flexibility.
     

  3. THE CLAMP
    Click in and tighten down to your PV module frame using one tool for the entire S_BASE structure.

S_BASE Anchor plate

Anchor plate for fixing single anchors (APA) and double anchors (DAPA), 1 plate per base plate.

S_BASE ANCHOR RAIL

Anchor channel for fixing single anchors (APA) and double anchors (DAPA). The rail is available in lengths of 1352 mm, 1652 mm and 2552 mm.

S_BASE anchor mounting kit

Set for fastening an anchor channel to an anchor plate (DAPA) and S-Base base plate. Consisting of 2 screw lengths for mounting on anchor channels of different heights/positions.

Washer

Squareneck shim for mounting DAPA and APA in the dimension 50x3 mm.

EARTHING KIT

Grounding lug M8 with nut. Approved for outdoor use (UL 467 and UL 2703).

Integrated ballast platform offers an outstanding point load distribution for any insulation. The compact nested plates are lightweight and super strength to support your PV system in high wind and snow environments.

Solar panels must be evaluated or tested to ensure they can transfer horizontal (seismic) loads.

AEROCOMPACT has rigorously tested the S_BASE system and evaluated maximum seismic loads to ensure safety and full functionality of our system. Our engineers can work with AHJ to present our test data and structural seismic verifications. 

CLP-M/UL Cable tie clip

Fixing the cables to the module frame. Opening width of the clip 1-3 mm.

CLP-U UNIVERSAL CABLE CLIP

The universal cable clip makes it easy to attach cables. It can be attached directly to the module frame.

MLPE Bracket

AEROCOMPACT's UL certified module-level power electronics (MLPE) bracket attaches to all standard module frame profiles. Optimized for ease-of-use with a spring-loaded one-bolt design compatible with all common power optimizers and microinverter brands.
