COMPACTGROUND G

The Bracket-Based Ground Mount System

  • Wind tunnel tested
  • Fast installation
  • Salt spray tested
  •  CERTIFIED to UL 2703

ROBUST. COMPACT. INTELLIGENT.

After our bracket-based system has proven and established itself on flat roofs, we have expanded the brackets for other areas of application and can thus bring the many advantages to open terrain as well. This is made possible by the unique "spring effect" of the brackets, whereby the substructure adapts optimally to the conditions of the surface.

As one of the fastest to set up ground-mounted systems in the industry and with the ability to load up to 4 MWp into a truck, the COMPACTGROUND G not only provides the best installation times and transport costs, but also a significant price advantage. These distinctive product features make the system particularly suitable for landfill/brown field projects and all system sizes from 5 kWp up to 5 MWp.

  • No need for large machinery
  • Short installation times
  • Low transport costs
  • Several ballasting options

Ballast trays

Our ballast trays are mainly used in areas with high wind loads and terrain with low point loads. The main advantages of this mounting variant is that more ballast can be installed per PV module and the even distribution of the point load on e.g. landfills/brownfields.

Ground Screw

The 18 inch or 26 inch ground screw doesn’t require expensive soil surveys and can be installed with a hand drill.

VIDEO

Ballast blocks can be placed on the brackets without any fasteners. With our proprietary design and engineering software AEROTOOL it is possible to calculate exactly how much weight has to be placed on each bracket.

Depending on the project location, ballast trays are required to allow more ballast to be installed per PV module as well as to reduce the point load.

In addition to ballasting with ballast blocks, the system can be screwed into various soils with our ground screws, without the use of large machinery, and to withstand high wind loads. The ground screws are specially designed for our systems and have undergone several tests. Therefore we can offer a high quality fastening possibility for our COMPACTGROUND G systems.

Cable management

The cable management solution for string cabling jumping module rows is UL certified and available as an accessory.

MLPE Bracket

AEROCOMPACT's UL certified module-level power electronics (MLPE) bracket attaches to all standard module frame profiles. Optimized for ease-of-use with a spring-loaded one-bolt design compatible with all common power optimizers and microinverter brands.
