COMPACTMETAL TS stands for maximum simplified PV mounting on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The short rails in 3.15" (80 mm) or 5.90" (150 mm) lengths are screwed onto the crowns of the trapezoidal sheet without cutting and without pre-drilling. The Click module clamps are mounted directly onto the short rail.

The PV installation on commercial and industrial roofs requires mounting systems that impress through great flexibility and stability with low material and labor costs. At the same time, adjustments to the existing roof should be minimized so that the roof functions are preserved in the best possible way.

TS15 short rail

The slightly longer short rail offers more mounting tolerance as well as the possibility to achieve a higher load capacity per mounting by using 3 instead of the usual 2 metal sheet screws. This short rail is optimized for use on trapezoidal sheets with thin sheet thickness.

TSE15 RAISED SHORT RAIL

Short rail with a height of 80mm to maintain roof clearances, ensure rear ventilation, and allow the installation of optimizers. The elevated short rail can be installed without additional large assembly effort - only a bit extension is required. The appropriate bit extension is suggested in the Aerotool during project planning so that it is always available on site.

CLE10PLUS/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 80 mm.
