COMPACTMETAL TL is a simple and versatile PV mounting solution designed to serve as a bridge between ribs on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The trapezoidal bridge, available in 9.8 inch and 15 inch lengths, are screwed directly into the ribs of the trapezoidal sheet without the need for cutting or drilling. The module click-clamps are mounted directly into the TL bridge.

PV installation on commercial and industrial roofs requires mounting systems that offer great flexibility and stability with low material and labor costs. At the same time, interventions in the existing roof should be minimized so that the roof functions are preserved in the best possible way.

TL25/TL38 + EL05/EL10 + PS/PM/PL

The PS, PM and PL tilt adapter (3 different heights) gives the modules an additional tilt angle relative to the roof.

These options offer rear-side module ventilation to enhance performance while providing ample space for wire management and easy MLPE installation.

TLE25 ⁄ TLE38 RAISED TRAPEZOIDAL BRIDGE

For a simple, cost-effective solution, choose TLE25 or TLE38. These options with a height of 3.22 inch offer rear-side module ventilation to enhance performance while providing ample space for wire management and easy MLPE installation.

CLE10PLUS/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 80 mm.

MSS 6x25 Thin Sheet Screw

By only using the specifically designed, high-treaded, self-tapping metal screws, the installation of the PV mounting system is fast, easy and efficient.

EL05/EL10 Height adapter

The height adapter increases the distance between module frame and trapezoidal metal sheet metal sheet crowns from 3/4" / 18 mm to 2" / 50 mm (EL05) or 4" / 100 mm (EL10). Recommended for installations in locations with year-round sunny or hot climates, where the improved ventilation (cooling of the modules) can be expected to significantly increase yields.

PS/PM/PL tilt adaptEr

The PS, PM and PL tilt adapter (3 different heights) gives the modules an additional tilt angle relative to the roof. This results in a noticeable increase in yield on very flat and/or east or west sloping roofs.

MLPE Bracket

GL18T Earthing kit

Ground each array with one ground lug. Modules are bonded to each other through middle clamps, and rows are bonded to each other through bonding jumpers or additional ground lugs if modules are tilted.

BJ8 earthing bridge

The BJ8 earthing bridge is specially designed for potential equalization and has a length of 20 cm. It consists of robust stainless steel clamps and a tinned copper wire that ensures reliable earthing.
