With the standing seam kit series COMPACTMETAL TM, the rail-less installation of PV modules is possible on practically all standing seam roof types. Standing Seam Clamps with the pre-mounted short rail are designed to direct mount the PV modules.

Our standing seam clamps are designed to be installed quickly and easily without damaging penetration of the interlocking roof, and still withstand immense pressure and suction loads caused by wind and snow.

Direct clamping

The installation of modules in landscape mode (landscape format) is easily possible with the help of direct mounting on the clamps. This variant can be planned in AEROTOOL.


Clamping on carrier profile  

The installation of modules in portrait mode (portrait format) is easily possible using the X40 ⁄ X50 mounting rail from the COMPACTPITCH modular system. The rail is attached directly to the standing seam clamp using the XPN multi connector provided for this purpose.

CLE10/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

EL05 HEIGHT ADAPTER

The height adapter increases the distance between module frame and trapezoidal sheet metal from 18 mm to 50 mm. Recommended for installations in locations with year-round sunny or hot climates, where the improved ventilation (cooling of the modules) can be expected to significantly increase yields.

Cross connector

The cross connector bracket can be used to connect mounting rails together, allowing for additional alignments and positions of the PV modules. The cross connector is also available in black.

Mounting rails X40 and X50

The aluminum profile rail is the central construction element, which offers a high static load capacity due to its optimized shape. The X40 and X50 mounting rails are also available in black.

End cap for mounting rails

For the neat covering of the open mounting rails as well as for the aesthetic enhancement of the PV system, we offer the optional end caps made of UV-stabilized polyamide.
