Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Southeastern European Region (100 %) / BULGARIA

Assignment / Functions:

  • Establishing a small sales office (with 3 people) in Sofia
  • Personnel recruitment and leading the Sofia sales team
  • Increasing customer base and maximize potential of existing accounts in southeastern European region (Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, Greece)
  • Developing and putting into place strategies for each country
  • Coaching and motivation of sales team
  • Directly reporting to the CSO in weekly meetings
  • Understanding technical customer needs and priorities to transport internally within the company

 

Qualification:

  • Technical education with 5+ years experience in B2B technical sales environment
  • 3+ years experience in leading a team in the southeastern European markets
  • Knowledge of the photovoltaics industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English or German
  • Fluent in Bulgarian
  • Other languages of Southeastern countries is a plus
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Ability to travel in the region 75 % of the time (weekly)
  • Independent working style and excellent organizational skills is required
