It uses the same components as the east/west system COMPACTFLAT SN10PLUS, harmonizes with the most diverse module types and roof coverings and has clamps on both the short and long sides.

SN10 CLAMPING ON THE LONG SIDE OF THE MODULE (Details)

With longitudinal clamping COMPACTFLAT SN10 withstands the highest snow and wind loads. The extensive tests in the wind tunnel with wind speeds of up to 250 kilometers per hour and the 25-year product warranty ensure maximum safety. Since the same components are used for both the long-side and short-side construction variants, storage requirements are optimized.

The aerodynamic construction kit system COMPACTFLAT SN10 is the most flexible rail-based assembly system on the market. It uses the same components as the east/west system COMPACTFLAT SN10PLUS, harmonizes with the most diverse module types and roof coverings and has clamps on both the short and long sides.

No matter which frame and how many cells: The mounting solution is approved for all common module types. The universal clamps have infinitely variable height adjustment between 30 and 46 millimeters.

MINIMUM STORAGE REQUIREMENTS

The installation has longitudinal screw channels, standard screws and low ballast. For roof coverings with less load-bearing capacity, high wind and snow loads and large modules, longitudinal clamping is the ideal solution. Since the same components are used for both variants, the storage requirement is very low.

The system offers several ballasting possibilities! Ballast stones can be easily and safely positioned by the angle rails. The ballast clamp is available with the ability to quickly and directly fix the ballast stones to the bottom rail.

The integrated building protection mats minimize point loads, compensate for horizontal movements (caterpillar effects) and ensure that water can drain off something good. The optionally available "Premium Pads" offer additional protection for sensitive and soft insulation surfaces. There is no need for adhesive bonding because they can be attached to the mounting system with clips.

QUICK AND CONVENIENT PLANNING AND INSTALLATION

Innovative fastening methods, such as the M8 longitudinal screw channel, enable the fastest possible installations with the highest level of safety. They also save on additional screw parts. Pre-assembly can be carried out by one person without modules while standing, thus avoiding, for example, downtimes due to delivery bottlenecks. With the click clamps, the rails and modules can be mounted quickly and effortlessly.

The­COMPACTFLAT SN10+ rail system,­as­ part­ of ­the­ COMPACTFLAT­ group, ­is­ an­ aerodynamic­ east/west-facing ­racking ­for­ the ­in- stallation­ of­ PV modules­ on ­flat­roofs.­The­ system ­is­ available at ­a ­tilt­ of­ 10°.­

The ­innovative­ racking ­system­ allows ­longside and shortside clamping. ­The ­mid backing is a combination of two mirrored support from ­the SN10 system.­

CompactFLAT S05/10/15

The system is part of the CompactFLAT product family and an aerodynamic South base construction for attaching and aligning PV modules on flat roofs.

It is available in 5°, 10° and 15° tilts, and in different row spacings. 

The CompactFLAT S has a 25-year warranty, has been tested in the wind tunnel, is certified in accordance with UL 2703 TÜV, and is delivered with pre-mounted protective mats.

All variants are tested and approved by TÜV Rheinland according to UL 2703 using load testing, and according to UL 1703 using fire testing.

The cable management for string wiring of module series is UL certified and available as an accessory to the base structure.

Compact, tested base construction for double-sided elevated PV modules on flat roofs.

The system is part of the CompactFLAT product family and an aerodynamic EAST/WEST base construction for attaching and aligning PV modules on flat roofs. The system is available in 10° tilt and with different row spacing.

With just three main components, CompactFLAT S10+ offers an outstanding price-performance ratio. The simple installation and good transport density of the innovative system saves time and resources while offering an inexpensive system price.

The aerodynamic design offers outstanding structural properties and requires significantly less ballast than other systems on the market. 

Thanks to the unique “spring effect” of the stand, the base structure adapts optimally to surface conditions. Because the construction is not attached to fails, water drainage is ensured on all sides.

CompactFLAT S10+ is delivered pre-assembled, including newly developed protective mat with long-term durability testing.
