The Aerocompact COMPACTMETAL are specially selected and designed products, suitable for all metal roof types. The corresponding module clamps are available in the click-on version for faster assembly. The clamps are available with and without earthing pins.
The COMPACTMETAL TR65 long rail system is fully supported on the roof structure and is therefore ideal for roof-parallel installations on sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The COMPACTMETAL TR65 long rail system does not require special approvals from panel manufacturers or additional proof of high snow loads or large purlin spacing.
The system is self-supporting and is fully supported on the roof structure. The core of the innovative system is the TR65 long rail, which can be quickly and easily mounted on the TR08 trapezoidal short rail. In addition, AEROCOMPACT has statically optimized the cross-section of the profile to include loads up to three meters in length. If required, additional short rails can include high snow forces.
The system is suitable for walkable sandwich and trapezoidal sheet metal roofs with inclinations between 0 and 70 degrees. The substructures can be made of wood or steel. The rail is mounted on the proven TS08 short rail. The rail is available in the length of 5500mm.

The CompactMETAL TS08/TS15 is our trapezoidal short rail with the best price-performance rate. The rail is pre-assembled with sealing tape and is supplied with two thin sheet screws (chip-free and thread-forming) and sealing washer.
