Sales Representative

Assignment / Functions:
- New customer acquisition
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer base and maximize potential of existing accounts
- Developing customers by buying the complete product portfolio of AEROCOMPACT
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Consulting potential customers to understand their needs
- Suggesting products or services that will meet those needs
- Independent tracking of opportunities
- Training customers in online software solutions and on the application of products
- Reporting directly to regional sales manager
- Travelling nationally minimum 50% of the time
Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales environment
- Experience in the photovoltaics industry is a plus
- The candidate must live in Lithuania and be fluent in Lithuanian
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, (German language is a plus)
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
