The flexible, rail-based modular system offers a solution for all conceivable flat roof applications and enables long-side clamping. With few components we have created a large number of possibilities.

With the COMPACTFLAT SN 2 we have developed a reliable as well as flexible PV mounting system, which not only defies heavy snowfall and wind, but also offers a quick and simple construction method, saving costs during installation.

The reduced product design of the COMPACTFLAT SN 2 convinces with its high load-bearing capacity and resistance to extreme weather conditions. The cost-optimized mounting system can be quickly and easily installed on flat roofs in just a few steps and now allows PV module sizes of up to 98.4 in x 51.60 in. Thanks to individual, pre-assembled components of the enhanced mounting system, only one installer is required for mounting. This effectively saves time and costs during installation.

The systems variety allows perfect adjustments for every single project. Two clamping options can be combined with three rail structure options as desired. This means all advantages are used in the optimal manner. Despite all these possibilities, only a few components are required.

SN 2 rails

Rails with pre-assembled pads guarantee fastest possible assembly; shims are used for height compensation on uneven roof surfaces or as extended drainage.

SN 2 Feet

Statically optimized feet allow for highest snow and wind loads.

The pre-mounted foot rocker adjusts continuously to the correct angle, depending on the module width. Two grooves enable short-side and long-side clamping and provide tolerance compensation in the structure.

Spring elements hold the rocker in position and facilitate the positioning of the PV module.

CLE20/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 – 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black..

Wide base rail

By using the wide base rail of 173 mm, which is completely covered with protection pads, snow loads of up to 3.6 kN/m² can be covered on roofs with soft insulation such as Durock (Rockwool).

SN 2 ballast angle profile

The ballast angle profiles also function as ballast beams. The stepless adjustability to module length makes pre-assembly of the system child's play, even without modules.

Single anchor fixing

The optimized single anchor fixing now also allows subsequent anchor installation next to the standard base rail (depending on the anchor construction) and can also be used for the wide base rail.

Double anchor fixing

The new double anchor fixing enables flexible pre-assembly and precise positioning – regardless of the assembly. With three lengths and a stronger version, it covers all assembly variants and offers a cost-effective solution depending on the wind load.

Additional protection pads

To prevent damage to the roof cladding, additional protection pads can be placed under the ballast bodies and the stirrups. The protection pad consists of needle felt and a butyl adhesive strip for easy attachment.

With our ballast clamps, solid ballast bodies, such as paving stones, can be attached directly to the rails.

The ballast angle profiles also act as ballast supports. The stepless adjustability to module length makes pre-assembly of the system child's play, even without modules.

The universal cable clip enables easy attachment of the cables. It can be fixed either to the module frame or to the rails. The universal cable clip can be used for all existing flat roof systems.

The cable connection plate allows the adaptation of a 450 mm or 900 mm rail to the SN 2 system. Any cable tray can then be attached to this rail on site.

The rail clip is optimal for laying cables along the SN 2 rail. The cables can be laid directly or protected in a cable conduit.

Load distribution plate

The load distribution plate with tool-free click installation and UV-resistant high-tech plastic ensures safe force transmission, high durability and quick installation on roofs with limited load-bearing capacity.

MLPE Bracket

AEROCOMPACT's UL certified module-level power electronics (MLPE) bracket attaches to all standard module frame profiles. Optimized for ease-of-use with a spring-loaded one-bolt design compatible with all common power optimizers and microinverter brands.
