Gustavo Edinger

Member of the Board AEROCOMPACT Group Holding AG & GROUP CFO

Gustavo Edinger has been with the company since March 2022. He is a member of the Executive Board of AEROCOMPACT Group Holding AG and CFO of AEROCOMPACT GROUP. The Austrian manager with South American roots has extensive experience in Finance & Controlling, including expansion financing, M&A as well as the management of intercultural teams.

Prior to joining AEROCOMPACT, Gustavo Edinger served as CFO for the Vienna-based Kores Group, a global supplier of high-quality office and school products. In this role, his responsibilities included the turnaround of the Mexican subsidiary as well as group-wide projects to increase profitability and cash flow. In the course of his career, Gustavo Edinger has held positions including Managing Director / CFO at Caverion Austria, Finance Director at Ametek and Senior Vice President Finance & Controlling EMEA at the Hoerbiger Group. He began his professional career in Controlling at the Mayr-Melnhof Group in the Packaging Division. He is also the founder and managing director of SATAPA Management GmbH.

Gustavo Edinger studied business administration at the University of Tübingen and commercial sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. He also completed management programs at the IESE Business School in Barcelona.

Manfred Ganahl

Managing Director AEROCOMPACT Europe GmbH & GROUP CSO

Manfred Ganahl has been CSO of AEROCOMPACT GROUP since May 2020 and took over the management of AEROCOMPACT Europe GmbH in July 2021. He established the international sales structure for AEROCOMPACT and is now responsible for global sales and marketing activities. With over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, Manfred Ganahl is an internationally experienced sales expert with outstanding technical and business knowledge and in-depth industry experience in the solar equipment, measuring tools, mechanical engineering and automotive sectors.

Before joining AEROCOMPACT, he worked for seven years as CSO and Managing Director for Sola Messwerkzeuge GmbH in Götzis. He was also responsible for organizations including Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Oceania and the USA for many years on behalf of major global companies such as Jungheinrich AG in Hamburg, Meusburger GmbH & Co KG in Wolfurt and also worked for them abroad for many years. Born in Vorarlberg, he started his professional career as a machine fitter and technical draftsman at Liebherr in Nenzing.

He graduated from the Bregenz Technical College with a degree in manufacturing automation engineering. Manfred Ganahl holds a Master of Science in Management & Organization from Danube University Krems and a Master of Business Administration in International Sales and Marketing from the Hohe Warte Study Center in Vienna. In addition, he completed the Diploma Course in Business Administration at the SMA in Vienna.

Christian Ganahl

CTO

Christian Ganahl has been CTO of AEROCOMPACT GROUP since 2019. He is responsible for the areas of research, product development, software development and product management of AEROCOMPACT GROUP. He is a transformational leader, innovation driver and specialist in the area of differentiation strategy for internationally active technology companies.

Previously, Christian Ganahl worked as Head of Sales & Design Management for Schindler Creations in Lochau and was responsible for consulting renowned companies such as Tetrapak, DMG Moori or Liebherr in the areas of design thinking, user experience, hardware and software design. He gained extensive management and international experience in over 18 years at Neutrik AG, Schaan, in product development, series production and most recently in the role of Director Product Management. He built up his aluminum and steel processing knowledge in his younger years as a product developer at Hydro Aluminium in Nenzing and at Stahlbau Gassner in Bürs.

Christian Ganahl is a mechanical engineer and holds a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in International Management from the University of Lichtenstein and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Gloucestershire.

Mathias Kerp

COO

Mathias Kerp joined AEROCOMPACT GROUP in April 2023 and is responsible for procurement, production, quality assurance and logistics in his role as COO. Due to his professional career as a board member and managing director in various industrial companies, he brings extensive expertise in the areas of operations and supply chain.

Before joining AEROCOMPACT, Mathias Kerp was CPO at Ospelt Holding, where he was responsible for the group's global purchasing and logistics. Prior to that, as COO of the Huber Group, based in Götzis, he was responsible for global procurement and supply chain, including the company's own production facilities. At the Triumph Group, as Managing Director of a business unit, he led an intercultural team in Hong Kong and Germany and was largely responsible for establishing new suppliers in Europe and Asia. He started his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he managed numerous international projects.

Mathias Kerp studied business administration at the University of Graz and at the Universidad de Valladolid and earned his doctorate at the University of Vienna.

Mathias Muther

Founder and Supervisory Board Chairman

Mathias Muther is the founder of AEROCOMPACT GROUP and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AEROCOMPACT Group Holding AG since August 2022. Previously, he was Chairman of the Management Board of AREOCOMPACT Holding GmbH. By developing an innovative bracket system for mounting solar panels, he was able to reduce the material requirements for photovoltaic mounting systems to one third of what was traditionally required. With entrepreneurial foresight, Muther used his data and calculations as the basis for AeroTOOL, which was launched simultaneously with the innovative mounting components as a digital platform. Under Mathias Muther's leadership, AEROCOMPACT has become an international leader in the solar tech industry in just a few short years.

Mathias Muther has more than 15 years of experience in the global solar business. Prior to AEROCOMPACT, he was co-founder and CEO of SST-Solar, Schlins, a specialist in manufacturing solar collectors for solar thermal and photovoltaic applications. Prior to that, he was Key Account Manager at Winkler-Solar in Feldkirch. In addition to his MBA studies at SHW in Vienna, Mathias Muther completed the Academic Business Manager at the University in Klagenfurt. He did his technical training as an installation, solar and heating technician. In 2018, AEROCOMPACT was awarded Born Global Champion by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. Mathias Muther was inducted as a Senator in the Senate of Economy in the same year. He is currently setting up the charity project "Solar Power Aid", with the help of which the power supply is to be restored as quickly as possible in crisis regions hit by environmental disasters by means of photovoltaics and battery storage packages.

Ralph Pöttinger

Vice chairman of the Supervisory Board

Ralph Poettinger acts next to his role as member of the supervisory board at the AEROCOMPACT Holding as aglobally active advisor, author and speaker on value-driving corporate development for strategicall growth and islecturer for corporate finance at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. 

His formative years have inspired him to pursue an international career in the fields of financial and professional services in nine countries. In the past, Ralph has gathered experience at the Liechtenstein office of Hong-Kong-owned Bendura Bank and at the London office of Chicago-based investment bank William Blair & Company, as well as in one of Austria's leading boutique M&A law firms.

Nadja Adamovic

Supervisory board member

Nadja Adamovic has MSc in Electrical Engineering (1993), PhD in MicroSystem Technologies at the TU Wien (in 1996), is employed at TU Wien since 1994 as senior scientist and project manager, having more than 20 years’ experience in material development and advanced technologies (in particular for photovoltaics). She was the coordinator/participant in more than 20 EU- and national research projects. She is and external expert for European HORIZON 2020 Research Program.

Since 2008, Dr. Adamovic is an active member of the Austrian Photovoltaic Technology Platform. She  is chairing the European Materials Modelling Council (EMMC), having the role to connect all existing material modelling activities and increase the industrial digitalization and exploitation of materials modelling in Europe.
