RELIABLE. SIMPLE. UNIQUE.

With the COMPACTFLAT S system, we revolutionized the world of PV substructures. We challenged the standard rail substructures on the market and designed substructures based on aluminum brackets, making a name for ourselves worldwide.

The low weight and compactness of the brackets make them easy to store and transport. The aerodynamic design has excellent structural properties and requires significantly less ballasts than other systems on the market. Due to the small contact surface of the brackets an ideal water drainage is achieved.

  • Short assembly times
  • Low transport costs
  • Few components
  • Maximum safety due to extensive wind tunnel tests
  • Incl. pre-assembled PES protection pad

CLE10PLUS/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 80 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

Ballast trays

This system variant with ballast trays, available in various sizes, is mainly used in areas with high wind loads and roofs with low point loads. The main advantages of this installation variant are, on the one hand, the additional ballast that can be installed per module and, on the other hand, the even distribution of the concentrated load on the roofing. The ballast tray can also be used for ballasting on gravel roofs by putting the gravel into the ballast trays.

Ballast securing bracket

With the additional ballast securing bracket, which fits perfectly with our ballast trays, the ballast stones are secured against slipping off the tray and ideally distributed.

Protection pads

To prevent damage to the roof cladding, additional protection pads can be placed under the ballast bodies and the stirrups. The protection pad is made of needle felt.

Alpine brackets

For a certain snow load, which is calculated project-related by our proprietary design software AEROTOOL, our additional alpine brackets are used. The brackets reinforce the module on the long side by means of an additional clamping point. Overlong modules can be protected from bending by clamping on the long side, regardless of snow loads.

Roof anchor

AEROCOMPACT offers a sophisticated hybrid solution for roofs that cannot withstand the extra weight of a photovoltaic system. The combination of roof attachment points and ballast reduces the overall weight of the installation. This option can also be used in areas with seismic activity to prevent the system from shifting due to the effect of earthquakes.

Wind deflector

The system component is used to reduce the wind load. Depending on the system, the wind deflector can be fastened with just one screw and is available in various lengths. The primary task of the wind deflector is to minimise air resistance and reduce wind loads on the PV modules. This measure increases the stability of the system and minimises the risk of wind loads and possible damage.

Ballast blocks can be placed on the brackets without any fasteners. With our proprietary design and engineering software AEROTOOL it is possible to calculate exactly how much weight has to be placed on each bracket.
