Integrated into the roof structure and matched to the COMPACTPITCH rail systems. For safe and efficient installation on tiled roofs.
It is attached directly to the roof structure and replaces classic components such as roof hooks. In combination with the COMPACTPITCH rail systems from AEROCOMPACT, a consistent solution is created from planning to installation.
The fastening is integrated directly into the roof structure using system-integrated elements. This eliminates the need for mechanical processing of the roof tiles, while the existing roof structure remains unchanged. At the same time, safe load transfer to the roof structure is guaranteed.
Planning is carried out directly in AEROTOOL and includes a complete project report including structural analysis.
This ensures a safe and comprehensible design of the system.

MOUNTING RAILS X40, X50 AND X60
The aluminium profile rail is the central component, which offers a high static load-bearing capacity thanks to its optimized shape. All three mounting rails are available in lengths of 1980 mm, 3550 mm, 4750 mm and 5850 mm and are also available in black.
CLE20/CLM20 MODULE CLAMPS
The PV modules are attached using the universal click clamp with integrated earthing pins. The cross-system clamp is height-adjustable between 28 - 42 mm and can be easily clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.
ROOF-MOUNTED MODULE BRACKET
The simple and secure solution for installing solar or photovoltaic rails: the roof-mounted module bracket.
