Steirer-Blech’s solar mounting solutions expand the on-site mounting options for AEROCOMPACT’s COMPACTPITCH rail systems. Selected solar mounts can be designed directly in AEROTOOL, enabling a seamless design process—from system planning to structural analysis. The solar mounting brackets are procured on-site and can be seamlessly combined with the COMPACTPITCH rail systems.
Steirer-Blech’s solar mounting systems are integrated directly into the roof structure and offer a secure solution for a variety of roof configurations. Through integration with AEROTOOL, planning is carried out in conjunction with the AEROCOMPACT mounting system, including a project report and structural analysis. This allows installers to benefit from efficient, one-stop planning and easy implementation on the job site.

MOUNTING RAILS X40, X50 AND X60
The aluminium profile rail is the central component, which offers a high static load-bearing capacity thanks to its optimized shape. All three mounting rails are available in lengths of 1980 mm, 3550 mm, 4750 mm and 5850 mm and are also available in black.
CLE20/CLM20 MODULE CLAMPS
The PV modules are attached using the universal click clamp with integrated earthing pins. The cross-system clamp is height-adjustable between 28 - 42 mm and can be easily clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.
GSF PV-MOUNT AERO
The simple solution for flat and pitched roofs
The GSF PV-Halter AERO is designed for side mounting of PV rails on flat and pitched roofs. The pre-assembled membrane or bitumen sleeve enables quick installation and ensures a permanently watertight seal thanks to factory assembly. The mount can be used for both horizontal and vertical rail connections.
GSF PV-HALTER ALPIN

Der GSF PV-Halter ALPIN wurde für Anwendungen mit hohen Belastungen entwickelt und eignet sich für Flach- und Steildächer. Die bewährte vormontierte Folien- bzw. Bitumenmanschette ermöglicht eine schnelle Verarbeitung und gewährleistet eine dauerhaft dichte Ausführung. Mit einer Belastbarkeit von bis zu 11,5 kN eignet sich der Halter auch für anspruchsvolle Einsatzbereiche.

The GSF UNI PV Mount is suitable for flat and pitched roofs and, thanks to its various base plates, offers flexible adaptation to different roof structures. The pre-assembled membrane or bitumen sleeve ensures easy installation and a permanently secure seal.
XEA external angle attachement
Connecting element for easy installation of COMPACTPITCH X rails on solar mounting systems and mounting solutions from various third-party manufacturers/roof tile producers.
