COMPACTMETAL TL stands for simple and versatile PV mounting on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The trapezoidal bridges in 250 mm or 380 mm length are screwed without cutting and without pre-drilling over two high beads of the trapezoidal sheet. The Click module clamps are mounted directly onto the trapezoidal sheet metal bridge.

PV installation on commercial and industrial roofs requires mounting systems that offer great flexibility and stability with low material and labor costs. At the same time, interventions in the existing roof should be minimized so that the roof functions are preserved in the best possible way.

TL25/TL38 trapezoidal bridge

Direct mounting with module clamps on trapezoidal sheet metal bridges minimizes material costs and labor time. Full safety and fast assembly at a reasonable price.

TL25/TL38 trapezoidal bridge

Direct mounting with module clamps on trapezoidal sheet metal bridges minimizes material costs and labor time. For seam distance from 100 – 210 mm or 211 – 333 mm. Full safety and fast assembly at a reasonable price.

CLE10/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

EL05/EL10 Height adapter

The height adapter increases the distance between module frame and trapezoidal sheet metal from 18 mm to 50 mm (EL05) or 100 mm (EL10). Recommended for installations in locations with year-round sunny or hot climates, where the improved ventilation (cooling of the modules) can be expected to significantly increase yields.

PS/PM/PL tilt adaptEr

The PS, PM and PL tilt adapter (3 different heights) gives the modules an additional tilt angle relative to the roof. This results in a noticeable increase in yield on very flat and/or east or west sloping roofs.
