The COMPACTPITCH XW is a rail-based mounting system for PV modules on corrugated sheet metal, trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich sheet metal roofs as well as on corrugated fiber cement panels, which impresses with its coherent concept.

Many existing systems on the market have significant weaknesses in terms of stability. We have found a solution to this problem.

Compared to other rail systems, the COMPACTPITCH XW requires less mounting hardware while maintaining product performance.

The rail sits on a stable hanger bolt, which ensures a firm connection to the roof. The central structural element is the aluminum mounting rail, which offers a higher static load-bearing capacity thanks to its distinctive triangular shape.

Standard composite

By default, the PV modules are mounted in Landscape Mode (landscape format) directly on the base rails.


Cross connector

The installation of modules in Portrait Mode (portrait format) can be implemented using additional mounting rails. These are attached directly to the standard mounting rails using the XPN cross connector.

MOUNTING RAILS X40, X50 AND X60

The aluminium profile rail is the central component, which offers a high static load-bearing capacity thanks to its optimized shape. All three mounting rails are available in lengths of 1980 mm, 3550 mm, 4750 mm and 5850 mm and are also available in black.

CLE10/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

COMPACTPITCH XW

The original, already proven product variant, COMPACTPITCH XW will continue to be the cost-optimized solution for roof installations in areas with little snow.

COMPACTPITCH XWS

With the addition of the new hanger bolt set COMPACTPITCH XWS, the challenging application of PV installations in snowy regions is now guaranteed.

Cross connector

The cross connector bracket can be used to connect mounting rails together, allowing for additional alignments and positions of the PV modules. The cross connector is also available in black.

End cap for mounting rails

For the neat covering of the open mounting rails as well as for the aesthetic enhancement of the PV system, we offer the optional end caps made of UV-stabilized polyamide.

CLP-U UNIVERSAL CABLE CLIP

The universal cable clip makes it easy to attach cables. It can be attached either to the module frame or to the rails.

WCL8-10 wire clamp

The wire clamp ensures a secure, stable connection and high conductivity for integrating the system into the lightning protection system. They offer flexible application options and ensure long-term reliability and corrosion resistance.

SCR-MA FASTENING SET

The SCR-MA screw connection enables the attachment of any accessories to all AEROCOMPACT rail types.
