XT-VLOW Quick Installation Hooks deliver what they promise - fast and powerful fastening options with high flexibility and many adjustment options. For roofing with mediterranean tiles or for applications with low roof battens such as portoghese, the hooks made of aluminum can show off all their capabilities to the full.

The roof hooks are compatible with all X-mounting rails and components from the COMPACTPITCH modular system.

Standard composite

By default, the PV modules are mounted in Portrait Mode (portrait format) directly on the base rails.


Cross connector

The installation of modules in landscape mode can be implemented using additional rails. These are attached directly to the standard base rails using the XPN cross connector.

MOUNTING RAILS X40, X50 AND X60

The aluminium profile rail is the central component, which offers a high static load-bearing capacity thanks to its optimized shape. All three mounting rails are available in lengths of 1980 mm, 3550 mm, 4750 mm and 5850 mm and are also available in black.

Mounting screws

Mounting screws and positioning screws are available as accessories for the XT35-VLOW quick mounting hook. All three positioning options are possible with these screws.

CLE10/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

Centered base plate / fixing screw

The fixing of the base plate is ensured by wood screws. Fine adjustment of the hook is done by moving the hook horizontally in one of the two guide planes. The final fastening is done with a single wood screw. This pulls the hook towards the base plate and prevents it from moving in the transverse direction. This function is applicable to both guide planes.

 

Decentralized base plate / positioning screw

If decentralized fastening of the base plate is necessary, this can be done quickly and easily. Wood screws take over the fastening of the cantilever base plate to the substructure. The decentralized fastening of the roof hook is done with a threaded pin with hexagon socket, which is included in the delivery. This is clamped in the base plate by tightening. This means that it is no longer possible to move it in the transverse direction.

 

Base plate fixing in concrete

The base plate can be easily anchored in concrete using the appropriate concrete connection technique. With the help of the positioning screw, lateral adjustment is fixed without any problems. Height adjustments are also possible on concrete surfaces without any restrictions.

End cap for mounting rails

For the neat covering of the open mounting rails as well as for the aesthetic enhancement of the PV system, we offer the optional end caps made of UV-stabilized polyamide.
