Thanks to the reduced number of components, the new XT-R roof hook is a time-saving solution
for mounting PV modules on pitched roofs.

Thanks to the intelligent reduction of product elements and an integrated quick-release clamp, AEROCOMPACT optimizes the installation process and makes assembly much more efficient.

The proven three-stage AEROCOMPACT grid of the base plate enables uncomplicated adjustment to the height of the roof battens and ensures high stability. The new COMPACTPITCH XT-R roof hook is an improved alternative to its predecessor models and makes installation considerably easier: simply attach the XT-R roof hook to the rafter, snap in the rail, align horizontally, tighten – done! The XT-R series therefore positions itself as an extremely efficient solution for use on tiled roofs and scores points above all with its quick and easy installation.

Standard connection

As standard, the PV modules are attached directly to the base rails in portrait mode.


Cross connection

The installation of modules in landscape mode can be implemented using additional rails. These are attached directly to the standard base rails using the XPN cross connector.
 

XM-B METAL REPLACEMENT TILE

The metal replacement tile is fitted under the hook instead of the pantile. It can be used with both the standard bond and the cross bond.

XT-R roof hook

The aluminum roof hook for pantile roofs with integrated quick release, 3-way adjustable base plate. Tile opening size from 25 to 50 mm.

MOUNTING RAILS X40, X50 AND X60

The aluminium profile rail is the central component, which offers a high static load-bearing capacity thanks to its optimized shape. All three mounting rails are available in lengths of 1980 mm, 3550 mm, 4750 mm and 5850 mm and are also available in black.

CLE10/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

XM-B METAL REPLACEMENT TILE

The metal replacement tile is fitted under the hook instead of the pantile. Especially in regions where high snow loads are to be expected, metal replacement tiles guarantee a reduced risk of breakage in contrast to conventional tiles.

Cross connector

The cross connector bracket can be used to connect mounting rails together, allowing for additional alignments and positions of the PV modules. The cross connector is also available in black.

BASE PLATE BRIDGE

The base plate bridge allows the XT-R to be installed between two rafters. This means that the otherwise exposed roof hook can be placed under the module. Delivery length 1980 mm, cutting and perforation must be carried out on site.

In certain situations, it may be necessary to raise the XM-F REPTILE. For this purpose, there is now a spacer plate for substructure. This fits exactly under the base plate and can be easily used for 2.5 or folded for 5mm increase.

The CLP-U is an innovative cable clip for the secure and tidy attachment of cables and connectors to base rails, X-rails and module frames. The high-quality workmanship ensures durability and the simple installation saves time and money.

End cap for mounting rails

For the neat covering of the open mounting rails as well as for the aesthetic enhancement of the PV system, we offer the optional end caps made of UV-stabilized polyamide.
