Roof hooks

The aluminum roof hook is pre-assembled with stainless steel screws and can be adjusted according to the roof batten height. The quick-release clamp simplifies the mounting of the X60 rail.

Support plate

The support plate is made of galvanized steel sheet and supports the cover plate when the roof hooks are exposed.
(The support plate does not serve as step protection.)

Mounting rail X60

The aluminum profile rail is the central construction element, which offers a high static load capacity due to its optimized shape.

CLE10/CLM10 module clamps

The PV modules are held in place using the universal click clamp with integrated grounding pins. The multi-system clamp is height-adjustable between 30 - 46 mm and can be conveniently clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

Cover plate

The cover plate allows positioning the roof hook always directly above the rafter, is made of aluminum and can be easily adjusted to the contour of the roof tiles. It is available in three colors.

Cross connector

The cross connector bracket can be used to connect mounting rails together, allowing for additional alignments and positions of the PV modules. The cross connector is also available in black.

foam wedge

For additional sealing in the case of high brick shafts, we recommend using a foam wedge in this area. This one meter long strip is cut to the required length and attached to the cover plate under the tile above, using self-adhesive tape.

ground plate/rail bridge

With the rail bridge we enable the installation of the REPTILE also between two rafters. Thus, the otherwise exposed roof hook can be placed under the module. Placement takes place with a rafter spacing of max. 900 mm. Delivery length 1980 mm, cutting and perforation is to be done on site.

The grub screw (701590) is required for mounting the XM-F REPTILE.

spacer plate 2.5/5.0 mm 

In certain situations, it may be necessary to raise the XM-F REPTILE. For this purpose, there is now a spacer plate for substructure. This fits exactly under the base plate and can be easily used for 2.5 or folded for 5mm increase.

End cap for mounting rail X60

For the clean covering of the open mounting rails as well as for the aesthetic enhancement of the PV system, we offer the optional end caps made of UV-stabilized polyamide.

CLP-U UNIVERSAL CABLE CLIP

The universal cable clip makes it easy to attach cables. It can be attached either to the module frame or to the rails.

WCL8-10 wire clamp

The wire clamp ensures a secure, stable connection and high conductivity for integrating the system into the lightning protection system. They offer flexible application options and ensure long-term reliability and corrosion resistance.

SCR-MA FASTENING SET

The SCR-MA screw connection enables the attachment of any accessories to all AEROCOMPACT rail types.
