100 KWP PV SYSTEM WITH SPECIAL PRE-MOUNTED SOLUTION

COMPACTFLAT SN 2

Efficient, economical and future-proof: In Weißenborn-Lüderode in Germany, a modern PV solution was implemented for the sustainable power supply of a retirement home. With an output of around 100 kWp, a solution was created together with our partner SPR Energie GmbH that is optimally designed for self-consumption and can also be seamlessly integrated into the construction process.

Challenge: ECONOMICS AND STATICS IN TOGETHER

Residential complexes of this type place clear demands on planning and implementation.

In addition to the limited load reserve on the flat roof, an economically viable solution with high self-consumption had to be realized.

In addition, short construction times during the course of the project and integration into standardized construction concepts were crucial.

The importance of a system solution that enables both efficiency and scalability is particularly evident on larger roof areas.

SOLUTION: SPECIAL SOLUTION THROUGH SYSTEMMIX

Our COMPACTFLAT SN 2 was used for the project - an aerodynamically optimized system for flat roofs.

The ballast-optimized design reduces the roof load and enables use even with limited static reserves.

Thanks to the well thought-out system concept, the system can be installed quickly and in a structured manner, which shortens construction times and optimizes the project process.

A particular advantage in this project was the implementation-oriented special solution:

The substructure was first positioned on the roof cladding as a stem, then the roof was ballasted with an 8cm layer of gravel using a gravel blower.

With our SN2 Q PLUS feet, enough gravel weight could be activated so that the load reserve of the roof was not exceeded.

In the final step, only the modules had to be installed - a solution that significantly simplified and accelerated the construction process.

The high stability provided by the aerodynamic design and the easy integration into existing construction processes make the COMPACTFLAT SN 2 ideal for large-scale and repeatable residential construction projects.

RESULT: SCALABLE PV SOLUTIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

With the implementation of the 100 kWp PV system, a sustainable and economical power supply was created for the residential complex.

The focus on the use of self-generated electricity enables a significant reduction in energy costs, while the overall concept also serves as a transferable model for other construction projects.

The combination of well thought-out system technology, efficient planning and the partnership-based implementation with SPR Energie GmbH shows how technical and economic requirements can be successfully combined.
