JACOBI’s solar mounts expand the on-site mounting options for AEROCOMPACT’s COMPACTPITCH rail systems. Selected solar mounts can be planned directly in AEROTOOL, enabling a seamless planning process—from system design to structural analysis. The solar mounts are procured on-site and can be seamlessly integrated with the COMPACTPITCH rail systems.
JACOBI aluminum base pans are integrated directly into the roof structure and enable a secure and rainproof connection for photovoltaic systems. Through integration with AEROTOOL, planning is carried out in conjunction with the AEROCOMPACT mounting system—including a project report and structural analysis. This allows installers to benefit from efficient, one-stop planning and easy implementation on the job site.

MOUNTING RAILS X40, X50 AND X60
The aluminium profile rail is the central component, which offers a high static load-bearing capacity thanks to its optimized shape. All three mounting rails are available in lengths of 1980 mm, 3550 mm, 4750 mm and 5850 mm and are also available in black.
CLE20/CLM20 MODULE CLAMPS
The PV modules are attached using the universal click clamp with integrated earthing pins. The cross-system clamp is height-adjustable between 28 - 42 mm and can be easily clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

The rainproof solution for tile roofs
The JACOBI aluminum base tile replaces the conventional roof tile in solar mounting applications and enables a secure attachment of photovoltaic systems without modifying the roof tiles or damaging the interlocking joints. This preserves the roof’s watertight integrity and ensures installation in compliance with regulations.
The aluminum base tile is made of powder-coated die-cast aluminum, is designed to fit specific roof tile models, and offers impressive load-bearing capacity. Depending on the roof tile model, it can support loads of at least 600 kg, making it suitable for use even in regions with higher snow loads.
