We are expanding our product family and going vertical: with our new COMPACTWALL TS/TL system, we are increasing the potential of facades as energy sources and sustainably improving the energy balance of buildings.

With COMPACTWALL TS/TL, we are making a statement on the market. The installation solution for a wide variety of facade types impresses with its high cost-effectiveness and maximum security.

Cost-efficient, optimum fastening is achieved through the reduced use of materials with COMPACTMETAL components, while the lightweight construction significantly reduces the load on the facade. The raised rail design generates optimum cooling of the PV modules. This ensures increased performance and service life of the PV modules and prevents potential facade damage.

For efficient and safe planning, we offer a free step-by-step guide on our website with the new planning guide. For projects over 50 kWp, we can provide support from our technical planners. Other installation solutions, such as sandwich applications, are possible via our support team.

TL/TLE FOR MOUNTING IN PORTRAIT FORMAT

The new, raised rail systems TLE25 and TLE38 further optimize the installation steps for portrait format alignments of PV modules on trapezoidal sheet metal facades and roofs. The reduction in  product components minimizes the installation effort and simplifies the individual work steps. Thanks to the star punching in the TLE and without additional accessories for potential equalization, time and costs are reduced. Both TL and TLE variants are available in lengths of 250 mm and 380 mm.

TS/TSE FOR MOUNTING IN LANDSCAPE FORMAT

The two short rail variants allow the PV modules to be mounted in landscape format. The raised short rail TSE is 80 mm high to ensure sufficient rear ventilation for the full performance of the PV modules. This makes it easy to install optimizers. Both TS and TSE variants are available in lengths of 150 mm.

Our process at a glance:

  1. Site assessment: Find out whether your site is suitable for a façade PV system. This requires the module area and weight as well as the Qp value prevailing at your location, which can be easily determined with our AEROTOOL.
  2. System size:
  3. Required components: after configuration, the installation guide will help you to determine the correct quantity of components
  4. Request for quotation: send the required quantity of items to order.at@aerocompact.com to receive a customized quotation.
  5. Order confirmation: After accepting our offer, you will receive a confirmation of your order and the items will be made ready for shipment.
  6. Implementation and installation: As soon as the items have arrived, you can install the PV system on your façade with the help of our installation instructions.

TLE25 ⁄ TLE38 RAISED TRAPEZOIDAL BRIDGE

The component height of 80 mm improves rear ventilation and enables the installation of optimizers. The star-shaped punching ensures potential equalization (with trapezoidal sheet metal) without any additional components. The TLE bridge therefore reduces installation work to a minimum.

TL25/TL38 trapezoidal bridge

Direct mounting with module clamps on trapezoidal sheet metal bridges minimizes material costs and labor time. For seam distance from 100 – 210 mm or 211 – 333 mm. Full safety and fast assembly at a reasonable price.

TSE15 RAISED SHORT RAIL

Short rail with a height of 80mm to maintain roof clearances, ensure rear ventilation, and allow the installation of optimizers. The elevated short rail can be installed without additional large assembly effort - only a bit extension is required. The appropriate bit extension is suggested in the Aerotool during project planning so that it is always available on site.

TS15 short rail

The TS15 short rail, with a length of 150 mm, offers a greater mounting tolerance and enables an ideal load-bearing capacity per fastening thanks to the use of 3 thin sheet metal screws. This short rail is specially optimized for use on trapezoidal sheets with low sheet thickness.

CLE20/CLM20 MODULE CLAMPS

The PV modules are attached using the universal click clamp with integrated earthing pins. The cross-system clamp is height-adjustable between 28 - 42 mm and can be easily clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

MSS 6x25 Thin Sheet Screw

By using only self-tapping screws, the installation of the PV mounting system is fast, easy and efficient.

MSS 6x25 AH Thin sheet metal screw

The thin sheet metal screw, measuring 6 x 25 mm with Allen key, is required as a locking screw for positive locking with TSE.

CWS concrete screw

The CWS concrete screw enables direct installation in concrete without the need for dowels. It measures 5 x 40 mm, has an external hexagon drive SW8 and is made of steel with a zinc flake coating.

BJ8 earthing bridge

The BJ8 earthing bridge is specially designed for potential equalization and has a length of 20 cm. It consists of robust stainless steel clamps and a tinned copper wire that ensures reliable earthing.

BIT8SL BIT EXTENSION

The bit extension facilitates accessibility when installing thin sheet metal screws. Thanks to the integrated spring, the screw remains securely fixed in the bit extension.

WCL8-10 wire clamp

The wire clamp ensures a secure, stable connection and high conductivity for integrating the system into the lightning protection system. They offer flexible application options and ensure long-term reliability and corrosion resistance.

SCR-MA FASTENING SET

The SCR-MA screw connection enables the attachment of any accessories to all AEROCOMPACT rail types.

CLP-U UNIVERSAL CABLE CLIP

The universal cable clip makes it easy to attach cables. It can be attached either to the module frame or to the rails.
