You can skip the detailed preliminary planning. With AERO.GO, all you need are a few roof parameters, and in just one minute, you’ll have a verified structural analysis—complete with a warranty. Details can be adjusted later during the planning phase or during installation.

How is the structural analysis completed in one minute? 

AERO.GO operates on a rule-based system and requests a few basic details about the roof. Based on this information, the app automatically generates the structural design and a suitable installation plan. Changes made on the construction site can be adjusted and recalculated within the app; the structural analysis is updated accordingly to reflect the current status of the project.

Do I need to do detailed advance planning for AERO.GO? 

No. To get started, the roof parameters that the app requests directly are sufficient—you don't need a roof model. This allows you to get started early and finalize the details later if anything changes in the planning or on the roof.

How does AERO.GO support installation on the construction site? 

Changes made on-site can be adjusted and recalculated directly in AERO.GO. The app updates the structural analysis and the installation plan, allowing installation to continue without the need for new detailed planning back at the office. The completed system must correspond to the updated project status.

How does the bill of materials from AERO.GO get included in the purchase order? 

The materials list is generated automatically based on your planning and can be transferred directly to the connected wholesaler. If roof parameters change, recalculate the project in the app and use the materials list based on the current project status for the order.

Will it take me a long time to get the hang of AERO.GO? 

No. AERO.GO can be used without extensive planning knowledge or specific prior experience. You simply enter a few basic details about the roof, and the app uses that information to generate the structural analysis, an installation plan, and the material requirements.

How do I start a pitched roof project with AERO.GO? 

Open AERO.GO at aero-go.io, create a project, and enter the requested roof parameters. Based on this information, the app generates the verified structural analysis for this stage of planning, an installation plan, and the corresponding materials list—without the need for detailed preliminary planning. The materials list can then be transferred to the connected wholesaler.

AERO.GO is currently available in Germany and Austria; additional markets have been announced. For projects outside this coverage area, AEROTOOL is available for roofs, facades, and open spaces and provides, among other things, a 3D system design, a CAD plan, a project report, and a materials list.
