Innovation on the facade: We are expanding the COMPACTWALL family with our proven COMPACTMETAL TR-System. Solar energy can now also be used efficiently on sandwich facades.

With COMPACTWALL TR, we supply the tailor-made installation solution for generating energy from solar power on sandwich facades.

The extremely stable TR rail consolidates the loads caused by wind, suction and pressure forces and transfers them to the wall stanctions via the intelligent load transfer. Due to the vertical installation of the system, there are no snow loads, which means that only the low dead weight of the system is absorbed by the thin sheet metal screws. The sandwich core of the facade panels remains completely unaffected. Optimum load transfer is guaranteed for all spans of the wall stanctions. The raised rail design ensures optimum ventilation of the PV modules and is designed for high wind loads. This maximizes the performance and service life of the modules – without compromising on safety, quality or  installation speed. In addition, long rails can be seamlessly integrated into the lightning protection system if required.

  1. The sandwich drilling screw transfers the wind loads directly into the building structure. Suitable for timber and steel wall stanchions.
     

  2. Patented load transfer via the screw heads of the sandwich drilling screw. The thin sheet screw absorbs the shear forces.
     

  3. The load introduction via the stable TR rail enables module installation regardless of the span width.
     

  4. The sandwich panel is not subjected to any additional load due to the direct force transmission into the building structure.

CLE20/CLM20 MODULE CLAMPS

The PV modules are attached using the universal click clamp with integrated earthing pins. The cross-system clamp is height-adjustable between 28 - 42 mm and can be easily clicked into place. The end clamp has a length of 60 mm. The clamps are also available in black.

TR59 rail

Used for reduced snow load. It is 15 mm lower than the TR74 rail.

TR74 Rail

Used for high wind and snow loads. It is 15 mm higher than the TR59 rail.

CLP-U UNIVERSAL CABLE CLIP

The universal cable clip makes it easy to attach cables. It can be attached either to the module frame or to the rails.
