Increasing time and cost pressure on construction sites is becoming a key requirement for PV substructures, along with safety. Solutions are needed that require as few work steps as possible, are easy to handle and can be installed quickly without much prior knowledge and avoid sources of error. In addition, the logistical effort should be reduced by taking up as little space as possible - while maintaining a consistently high level of structural safety and quality.
THE SOLUTION
The pre-assembled COMPACTFLAT SN FAST is based on the tried-and-tested COMPACTFLAT SN 2 system and has been specifically developed for particularly fast, tool-free installation. Thanks to just three rail types, a screwless click system and delivery on Euro pallets, the system can be installed quickly and without errors. It is suitable for east/west orientation and allows modules to be clamped on the short or long side. Two row spacings are available for the short side - ideal for high occupancy density or good maintenance. Almost all SN 2 accessories (cable management, load distribution plates, roof anchor connection, fall protection) are compatible. SN FAST reduces assembly time, complexity and storage costs - without compromising on stability or flexibility.
THE VARIANTS
The system's three configuration options enable perfect customization for each individual project. In regions with low snow or wind loads, the short-side clamping offers a cost-efficient solution. In addition, the narrow ridge spacing allows a high degree of space utilization to be achieved. Last but not least, clamping on the long side ensures that the maximum load-bearing capacity of the module is transferred.
