Statics play a decisive role in large-scale PV projects such as this one. In addition to the exact snow and wind load calculation, aspects such as lightning current carrying capacity, the nature of the roof membrane, the compressive strength of the insulation and existing interfering surfaces also had to be carefully considered.
On lightweight roof structures in particular, it is crucial to avoid point loads and to transfer the forces evenly into the roof structure without impairing the roof cladding. This is the only way to ensure the long-term functional safety of the roof and create an optimum basis for the installation of modern photovoltaic systems.

The COMPACTFLAT SN 2 PLUS system's standard wider rails with short side clamps ensure optimum load distribution and reliably protect the insulation from pressure points and long-term damage. Thanks to their flexible adaptability, they can react effortlessly to interfering surfaces and adapt perfectly to the respective roof conditions.
The system saves valuable time and money thanks to its fast and efficient pre-assembly. The robust design and high load-bearing capacity ensure that the system can withstand even heavy wind and snow loads reliably and safely.
At the same time, the design adapts flexibly to any module size and effectively prevents tension in the module thanks to the integrated rocker. The integrated potential equalization rounds off the system perfectly.
