New products are the core of Solar Solutions International. Exhibitors have the possibility to nominate a product or service that is available on the market for no longer than 12 months. An independent jury of professionals will grant the Best Innovation Award to the most distinctive product or service.
We won the Innovation Award at SolarSolution International with our COMPACTMETAL TR solution. The jury had the following to say about the new mounting system for sandwich roofs: "In the Netherlands there is a huge area of roofs that cannot support the weight of solar modules. The limited load-bearing capacity of sandwich roofs is also seen as an obstacle in a new study currently being carried out under the umbrella of the top energy sector. Aerocompact's new substructure is a solution to this problem and opens a new market."
