We are looking for a Customer Care Manager (m/f/d) for our international team focused on the Czech Republic and Slovakia, based in Vienna.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing technical and commercial support to our existing customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Advising and supporting our customers on photovoltaic projects—from the initial inquiry through to implementation
  • Preparing quotes and independently processing orders
  • Planning PV systems using our in-house planning software, AEROTOOL
  • Maintaining customer and project data in our ERP and CRM systems
  • Close collaboration with the field sales team and other internal departments
  • Occasional client visits and participation in trade shows in the regions you serve

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, or equivalent), ideally in the fields of civil engineering, metalworking, electrical engineering, or renewable energy
  • Alternatively, relevant professional experience in technical back-office roles or a comparable position
  • Very good knowledge of Czech and Slovak, as well as good written and spoken German and/or English
  • Strong technical understanding and a passion for advising customers
  • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a professional demeanor

Hard work should pay off—and be fairly compensated. That’s why we offer a gross monthly salary starting at €3,200 on a full-time basis. Actual compensation is based on your qualifications and professional experience and is negotiated on an individual basis.
