Then join AEROCOMPACT and help installers, solar professionals, and retail partners implement photovoltaic projects faster, easier, and more safely.

As Sales Manager for the Czech Republic, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing the Czech market. You’ll advise customers directly on-site and show them how our mounting systems and digital planning solutions make their daily work easier.

• Advising and supporting installers, solar technicians, and wholesale partners in the Czech Republic
• Presenting our mounting systems and digital planning solutions for various roof applications
• Providing technical support and training to our customers—from planning through implementation on the job site
• Handling project inquiries in close collaboration with our Inside Sales Team
• Independently scheduling your client appointments and business trips within the Czech Republic
• Monitoring market and competitive trends and actively developing our sales activities in the Czech Republic
• Participating in trade shows, customer events, and training sessions

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Experience in field sales, ideally in the fields of photovoltaics, roofing, electrical engineering, or technical sales
• Technical understanding and a passion for explaining technical products and solutions in an accessible way
• A confident and personable demeanor when interacting directly with customers
• An independent and structured approach to work
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Czech Republic
• Native-level Czech and good English skills
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy and modern technologies
