IT Coordinator (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing and coordinating our entire IT infrastructure
• Helping to design and optimize internal processes and IT workflows with a focus on improving efficiency
• Serving as the interface between internal departments and external IT service providers
• Implementation of organizational and IT projects as well as cross-location initiatives
• Providing support for general technical and organizational issues

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Completed education in IT and/or organizational development
• Process-oriented thinking and action, and the ability to implement this within IT structures
• Strong analytical skills when dealing with complex contexts
• Experience with digital processes (ideally AI) with a focus on increasing efficiency
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work with a hands-on mindset
• Very good German and English skills (international environment)
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and possibly Claude
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
